Just thought I would give a quick plug for our upcoming seminars. Tactical Athlete certifications and seminars are perfect for your gym or agency. It doesn’t matter if you have never heard of a kettlebell or if you forge kettlebells for a living, you will find that our courses are specific, intense, and raise the bar on your training routine. Often we offer classes at your local Crossfit. If you are interested in having us come to you, contact your local Crossfit owner and ask them to consider hosting us. So far we will be in:

CrossFit Kettlebell Instructor Course (Level 1)
Length: 2 days
Minimum Students: 15
Maximum Students: 30
Tuition: $595.00 for Crossfit Kettlebell Cert.
Description: This course is designed to teach foundational kettlebell exercises at the instructor level. Students should anticipate 8-hour days of demonstration and practical application. Subjects covered will include functional movement basics, joint mobility, safety, teaching strategies, how to detect and correct common errors, 20 foundational kettlebell exercises and the keys to effective program design. The course will conclude with performance evaluation of the 20 foundational kettlebell exercises.

Tactical Athlete Instructor Course (Level 1)
Length: 4 days
Minimum Students: 15
Maximum Students: 30

Description: This course is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that is designed specifically to safely develop maximal strength and work capacity in minimal time with minimal equipment. Students should anticipate 8-hour days of demonstration and practical application. This course includes the curriculum of the 2-day kettlebell Instructor course plus how to excel at pull-ups, deadlifts, awkward object lifting, battling ropes basics, grip strength and much more. The course will conclude with a performance evaluation and Tactical Pull-up requirement of 3 reps with bodyweight +36 pounds.

Hand-2-Hand Kettlebell Drills – Level II

Maximize your athletic performance learning intermediate level “H2H Kettlebell Drills”. You will dramatically increase your explosive strength, stamina, and agility by developing non-linear strength and rotational power.  Improve your hand-to-eye coordination, speed, and grip strength.  Enhance the shock absorbing qualities of your connective tissues while participating in one the most fun, yet challenging workouts you’ve experienced!

H2H Kettlebell Drills – Level I


T.A.P.S. Circuit Training

Master pull-ups and revive your routines with new circuits incorporating pull-ups, kettlebell lifts, and body-weight exercises.  Discover the advantages using Tactical Rings, Tactical Grips and the “one-size-fits-all ”Tactical Athlete Pull-Up System.
