Anthony Diluglio, RKC and owner of Punch Kettlebell Gym in Providence, RI, graciously gave us the pick of dates to host our Tactical Athlete workshops.  We chose July 23 & 24 and prayed for good weather.  Well perfect weather is what we got!  A good thing to – because we were hoping to take the Hand-2-Hand Kettlebell DrillsTM workshops to the park down the street.  We were able to load up the “Punch” hummer with kettlebells, and off we went. >Shortly after returning home from the trip to the Northeast, I overheard Jeff telling a friend on the phone, “I’ve been busier than the proverbial one-legged man in a butt kicking contest!”  While a little crass, it certainly was the truth.  The Mass State Police barracks in Revere was the fourth of eight stops on our Tactical Athlete tour.  The two-day Tactical Athlete seminar was attended by Mass State Troopers, EMS, and law enforcement trainers.  One man flew all the way from Australia to glean new training methodologies, techniques, and programs.
